چکیده
Objective: Bipedalism in humans demanded robust postural control systems to maintain balance and equilibrium during variety of volitional activities. Adaptive learning is a key characteristic these systems. Postural are associated with autonomic changes trying cardiovascular homeostasis imbalances, which specifically important conditions like flat foot. Yoga training could help such cases achieve better state. Young adolescent girls foot were studied comparison normal boys. Materials Methods: Sixteen 11 boys subjected posturography on Wii Balance Board connected wirelessly PowerLab 15T. Wireless heart rate belt was used acquire RR intervals. Vrikshasana chosen as the suitable asana for 4-week training. Displacement center pressure (COP) variability analyzed using LabChart pro software before after yoga Results: COP displacement subjects away from erect stance sway toward sides. Flat showed significant greater displacements lesser correction compared ( P < 0.05). also recovery LF% RMSSD Conclusion: Studying voluntary imbalance board provide real-time picture internal state individuals. The sympathetic dominance would account preparedness adaptation This improved cardiac vagal tone.

Improvement of heart rate variability after exercise training and its predictors in COPD.
BACKGROUND Current literature lacks solid evidence on the improvement of heart rate variability (HRV) after exercise training in patients with COPD. OBJECTIVES We aimed to investigate changes in HRV after two exercise training programs in patients with COPD and to investigate the determinants of these eventual changes. METHODS Forty patients with COPD (FEV(1) 39 ± 13%pred) were randomized i...
متن کاملInterchangeability of the Wii Balance Board for Bipedal Balance Assessment
BACKGROUND Since 2010, an increasing interest in more portable and flexible hardware for balance and posture assessment led to previously published studies determining whether or not the Wii Balance Board could be used to assess balance and posture, both scientifically and clinically. However, no previous studies aimed at comparing results from different Wii Balance Boards for clinical balance ...
